Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Orthopedic surgery patients aged 18 and above; 2.Underwent orthopedic surgery at Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital; 3.Preoperative and postoperative medical records were completely retained; 4.Related medication use within the short postoperative period (within 2 weeks) were recorded, including whether painkillers were used or not;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who had a history of severe pain before the operation; 2.Patients with other serious systemic diseases that may affect the postoperative pain assessment; 3.Patients with incomplete postoperative pain assessment data;
