Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years. 2.Meeting the clinical diagnostic criteria for MAFLD as defined by international expert consensus. 3.Having undergone valid liver SWE and ATI examinations on the same day, with complete measurement records available. 4.Availability of basic demographic data (e.g., age, gender) and key clinical data (e.g., height, weight, liver function biomarkers) in the medical record system.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other causes of chronic liver disease, including but not limited to viral hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease (defined as alcohol consumption >30 g/day for men and >20 g/day for women), autoimmune liver diseases, or Wilson's disease. 2.Patients with decompensated cirrhosis (manifested by ascites, variceal bleeding, hepatic encephalopathy, etc.) or hepatocellular carcinoma. 3.Patients on long-term medication known to cause steatosis or affect liver stiffness, such as amiodarone, tamoxifen, or chemotherapeutic agents. 4.Pregnant or lactating women. 5.Cases where key clinical data, such as SWE or ATI measurements, were missing and thus unsuitable for analysis.
