Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion period: Patients who placed and completed a home-care service order on the platform between 1 June 2024 and 31 May 2025. 2. Home setting: After hospital discharge or referral, the participant must have resided at home or in the community (not in medical institutions such as nursing homes) for >= 1 week and received "Internet + Home Nursing Services." 3. The patient or his/her primary caregiver must possess basic Chinese reading and comprehension skills to complete the satisfaction survey independently or with assistance. 4. The patient or caregiver voluntarily participates in the study and provides informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Order status marked as "Cancelled" or "Refunded." 2.Failure to complete the full home-care service process (e.g., nurse did not visit or service was interrupted). 3.Patient or caregiver has severe cognitive impairment, psychiatric disorder, or communication barrier that prevents participation. 4.Duplicate orders—only the first order is retained to avoid multiple counts for the same patient. 5.Cases with >20% missing data.
