Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. PCOS was diagnosed according to Rotterdam criteria; 2.BMI>=28 kg/m^2 or BMI>=24 kg/m^2 and <28 kg/m^2 with at least one metabolic abnormality; 3. Be between 18 and 40 years of age; 4. Written informed consent has been obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other endocrine diseases; 2. Serious medical diseases; 3. Recent use of drugs that affect insulin sensitivity, reproductive, or metabolic function; 4. History of malignant tumor; 5. Undergoing weight-loss therapy or having a history of gastrointestinal surgery; 6. Abnormal uterus or fallopian tube; 7. Ovarian pathology; 8. Patients with previous or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma and multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 syndrome; 9. Other circumstances deemed inappropriate by the investigator to participate in the study.
