18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for gynecological surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Age 18–80 years; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I–III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with severe cardiovascular disease or liver and kidney dysfunction; 2.Previous history of neurological and psychiatric disorders; 3.History of severe insomnia before surgery, medication history for insomnia, or AIS sleep scale score greater than 6 points; 4.Preoperative diagnosis of cognitive impairment or MoCA score<17 points.
