Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Moderate to severe ARDS (meeting the diagnostic criteria of the 2023 global new definition of ARDS with PaO2/FiO2 <150 mmHg); 3.Requires invasive mechanical ventilation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Known or potential immunodeficiency (history of solid organ or stem cell transplantation, human immunodeficiency virus infection, hematologic malignancies, use of immunosuppressive drugs (prednisone exceeding 0.1 mg/kg for 3 months; exceeding 1 mg/kg/day for 3 weeks), or treatment with PD1/PDL1 inhibitors within three months prior to hospitalization). 3.The anticipated duration of mechanical ventilation is less than 48 hours; 4.The duration of mechanical ventilation prior to ICU admission exceeds 48 hours; 5.Presence of severe chronic complications of diabetes.
