Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for pneumonia, tuberculosis, lung cancer, or be disease-free and healthy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those suffering from acute and critical illnesses; 2. Those who are addicted to drugs, alcohol and other bad habits; 3. Those suffering from serious mental disorders; 4. Those who cannot co-operate with data collection for any reason; 5. Those with poor compliance; 6. Prosthetic eyes, conjunctiva, pseudomembrane conjunctival hyperplasia occlusion, bulbar conjunctival disease; use of drugs that alter the ocular environment, or requiring examination involving the use of special medications.
