Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have taken PPI, P-CAB, H2RA, antibiotics, probiotic preparations or bismuth in the past 1 month; 2.History of gastrointestinal surgery; 3.Severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, or metabolic diseases; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Inability to communicate or cooperate with the examinations of the patient;
