Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Ischemic stroke patients admitted to hospital in the acute phase (within 2 weeks of onset); 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria set out in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in Adults 2023.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cerebral infarction occurring in hospital; 2.Events in which diagnostic tests are inconclusive or indicate a probable cause other than stroke; 3.Hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease was ruled out.
