Interventions

Blank group:Routine oral care
Vitamin E group:On the basis of routine care, start taking vitamin E soft capsules orally 1 day before radiotherapy
Kangfuxin Liquid group:On the basis of routine care, Kangfuxin liquid is added starting from the first day of radiotherapy
Vitamin E combined with Kangfuxin Liquid group:Oral vitamin E (same as the vitamin E group) combined with rinsing with Kangfuxin solution (same as the Kangfuxin group)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients initially diagnosed with head and neck cancer through imaging and histopathology; 2. Patients with no oral diseases such as oral infections or ulcers before treatment; 3. Patients undergoing radical radiotherapy for head and neck; 4. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients aged 18 or above, with the ability to read and write; 5. Overall condition with Karnofsky (JKPS) score >= 60 points; 6. Patients who provide informed consent and actively cooperate in completing the relevant assessment scales.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have previously received radiotherapy to the head or facial area; 2. Those allergic to Kangfu Xinye or vitamin E (symptoms may include skin itching, redness, rash, difficulty breathing, nausea, vomiting, etc.); 3. Patients who discontinue or must terminate the trial for other reasons during the course of treatment; 4. Patients with cognitive impairments, or those deemed by researchers to have poor adherence to radiotherapy.
