Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were diagnosed with syphilis (syphilis diagnosis should meet the national diagnostic criteria) and underwent lumbar puncture examination; 2. Aged 18-70 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete information, such as lack of initial treponema pallidum serological and non-treponema pallidum serological test results, lack of treponema pallidum serological and non-treponema pallidum serological test results in cerebrospinal fluid, protein quantification and nucleated cell count results, etc. 2. Suffering from other nervous system diseases or diseases that may cause abnormal cerebrospinal fluid indicators, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, etc. 3. Immune-related diseases, such as SLE, dermatomyositis, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, antiphospholipid syndrome, etc. 4. Patients with malignant tumors or hematological diseases; 5. Pregnant women.
