Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old 2. Clinical diagnosis of hypertension (According to the 2018 revised version of the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension, one of the following four criteria must be met: (1) a history of hypertension and current use of antihypertensive drugs; (2) non same day, three consultation room blood pressure, SBP >= 140mmHg and/or DBP >= 90mmHg; (3) 24-hour dynamic blood pressure, average SBP/DBP >= 130/80mmHg, or daytime >= 135/85mmHg, or nighttime >= 120/70mmHg; (4) home self measured blood pressure >= 135/85mmHg.) 3. The subjects voluntarily participate in the study and have signed an informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known patients with structural heart diseases such as cardiomyopathy and valve disease, including ischemic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease, moderate or severe valve disease, etc. 2. Patients who are experiencing arrhythmia that may affect hemodynamics, including those with tachyarrhythmia, grade II or higher atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome, and other severe arrhythmias that have not yet recovered. 3. Individuals who are unable to undergo magnetocardiography due to symptoms such as claustrophobia or physical activity disorders. 4. Due to various reasons, the corresponding inspector cannot cooperate with the research requirements. 5. Any situation that other researchers believe may harm the health of patients, hinder the completion of research, or interfere with research results.
