65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No long-term plan to go out in the past 1 year; 2. Age 65-85 years old 3. Patients with MCI diagnosed by Thoven Cognitive Self-Assessment (TCSA) and clinicians; 4. No previous diagnosis of dementia; 5. Proficient in using a smartphone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe physical or mental illness; 2. Language barriers; 3. Deafness or blindness; 4. Inability to provide informed consent.
