B Group:Intraoperative submucosal injection of low concentrations of epinephrine in EMR.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18~80 years old, male or female; 2. Colorectal polyps that meet the indications for endoscopic intestinal EMR resection and have a diameter of >=10mm and a <=20mm; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Peculated polyps; 2. Known hypersensitivity to epinephrine; 3. Patients with abnormal coagulation function or taking aspirin; 4. Those with other heart, liver and kidney diseases who are unable to undergo intestinal EMR surgery; 5. Refusal to undergo colorectal polyp resection due to personal reasons.
