Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 1-3 years; 2.ASA physical status I-II; 3.Scheduled for elective fundus examination under general anesthesia 4.Written informed consent obtained from parents/legal guardians

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of neurological or psychiatric disorders; 2.Comorbid oral or gastrointestinal diseases, or immune-related disorders; 3.Antibiotic or probiotic use within 1 month prior to enrollment.
