Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with primary or recurrent ileal or colonic Crohn's disease who required surgery due to stenosis, fistula, or failure to medical treatment were selected. 2 The patients ranged in age from 18 to 75. 3 Female patients had no pregnancy plan during the study and would strictly use contraception. 4 Patients agreed to participate in the study and signed an informed letter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 The patient underwent enterostomy (ileostomy or colostomy). 2 Subsequent colonoscopy can not be performed due to complications or other conditions. 3 Patients undergoing emergency surgery for acute perforation and other reasons. 4 The patient refused or participated in other clinical studies.

Endoscopic recurrence after 6 months (defined as Rutgeerts score >= i2b);

Clinical recurrence after 12 months (defined as Crohn's disease activity index CDAI > 200);
