Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Our outpatient department diagnosed patients with ischemic BRVO secondary involvement of the fovea and macular edema requiring anti VEGF treatment through fluorescence imaging, with onset time=19 letters (equivalent to 20/400 of Snellen's visual acuity chart); OCT examination shows CRT>250um, accompanied by any intraretinal/subretinal fluid; 4. Refractive interstitial opacity and pupil constriction that do not affect fundus examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Either eye has active periocular or ocular inflammation (such as blepharitis, infectious conjunctivitis, keratitis, scleritis, uveitis, endophthalmitis, etc.); 2. When treating the eyes, researchers believe that there may be macular diseases that may affect visual recovery, such as macular membrane, vitreoretinal traction, macular atrophy, etc; 3. Treat other diseases that have caused macular edema in the past, such as wet AMD, diabetes retinopathy, uveitis or other intraocular inflammation; 4. Researchers believe that cataract surgery is needed in the next 12 months to treat significant cataracts in the affected eye; 5. Treatment for macular edema prior to eye treatment includes intravitreal injection of corticosteroids and any anti VEGF drug therapy; 6. Treat active retinal and/or iris neovascularization in the eyes; 7. Have previously or currently suffered from uncontrolled glaucoma (intraocular pressure still>30mmHg after anti glaucoma treatment, or have undergone glaucoma filtration surgery); 8. Type I or II diabetes patients; 9. History of systematic use of anti VEGF drugs within the first 6 months of screening; 10. Patients with severe asthma, allergies, or systemic diseases who cannot undergo FFA examination or receive intraocular injection of Conbercept; 11. Patients with poor blood pressure control (defined as those with systolic blood pressure>160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure>90mmHg after treatment with antihypertensive drugs); 12. Select individuals who have experienced severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease attacks such as myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, active disseminated intravascular coagulation, and significant bleeding tendency within the previous 6 months; 13. Patients with confirmed systemic immune diseases requiring treatment; 14. Currently participating in or having participated in other relevant clinical trials within the past 6 months for treatment; 15. Refusal or inability to follow up on time for various reasons; 16. Women of childbearing age who have not used effective contraceptive measures, and pregnant and lactating women; 17. Active mental disorders or other psychological disorders that affect patients' ability to sign informed consent forms and understand; 18. Those who refuse to sign informed consent forms; 19. Due to personal reasons such as unclear refractive interstitium or poor coordination, clear OCTA images cannot be obtained.
