Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range 18-75 years with typical symptoms of spinal cord cervical spondylosis, with spinal cord compression and intramedullary high signal on imaging.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spinal surgery, trauma, infection, neurologic disease, contraindications to MRI imaging
