20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Consistent with the diagnosis of shoulder pain; 2. Patients with normal shoulder motility after receiving targeted scapular stability training from March 2021 to December 2026 3. Age 20-60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Full-thickness rotator cuff tendon tear, fracture, dislocation, nerve injury, tumor, heart and lung disease and other diseases affecting shoulder joint function; 2. Shoulder surgery history; 3. Body Mass Index (BMI) > 28; 4. Others such as active infection, tumor, cognitive impairment, systemic diseases involving joints, etc. 5. Loss to follow-up or incomplete follow-up data (retrospective collection part).
