Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with T1-4NxM0 prostate cancer; 2. Prepare for radical prostatectomy; 3. 40 years old 12 months as judged by doctors; 5. Patients and their family members indicated that they were fully informed of the condition and the choice of treatment plan, and signed the informed consent to participate in the clinical trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any prior prostate cancer treatment; 2. Patients with malignant tumors other than prostate cancer; 3. Patients with severe pelvic diseases affecting and limiting surgical procedures; 4. Cannot tolerate PET and other imaging examinations (e.g. Claustrophobia, radiophobia); 5. Patients who cannot tolerate radical prostatectomy; 6. Severe diseases of the heart, kidney, lung, vascular, nervous system, mental system, immunodeficiency diseases and hepatitis/cirrhosis; 7. Participated in other interventional clinical trials within 1 month before screening; 8. Patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy or molecular targeted therapy; 9. Patients who did not provide informed consent or could not cooperate with the study; 10. Have other conditions that the investigator considers inappropriate for participating in the study.
