Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy skin / Acute wound group: Non-diabetic patients with acute wounds Age 18-85 years. Require surgical treatment for an acute wound (involving intraoperative debridement). The acute wound has been present for less than 2 weeks. No history of diabetes mellitus or other systemic diseases. 2. Diabetic skin / Wound group: Patients with refractory diabetic wounds Age 18-85 years. Meet the WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus (fasting blood glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L or 2-hour postprandial blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L). Require surgical treatment for a refractory wound (involving intraoperative debridement). The wound has failed to heal for more than 4 weeks. Absence of complications such as skin infection or autoimmune diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with comorbid malignancies, or severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, liver, or kidneys. 2. Patients who have received immunosuppressant or glucocorticoid therapy within the past 3 months. 3. Patients with skin infections, ulcers, or other dermatological conditions (excluding the acute wounds in the Healthy skin/Acute wound group). 4. Pregnant or lactating women. 5. Patients with psychiatric disorders or those unable to cooperate with sample provision and related data collection.
