Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-time nursing undergraduate grade 3 students ; 2. Voluntary participation in the study ; informed consent. 3. Physical health, can cooperate with the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous experience in clinical emergency work ; 2. during the study period due to suspension of school, drop out or long-term sick leave can not complete the course ; 3. refused to enter the emergency department, scenario simulation, case discussion and other anchored teaching activities ; 4. Severe test anxiety or stress disorder may affect the teaching effect.
