50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 50 to 80 years; (2) First total knee arthroplasty due to knee osteoarthritis; (3) Clear awareness, good compliance, voluntary participation in this study; (4) No more than 2 weeks after TKR surgery; (5) There was no obvious pain or injury of ankle joint (VAS<=1 score).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with cerebrovascular diseases who meet the diagnostic criteria adopted by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases; (2) There are cognitive dysfunction (NMSE<15 points), mental disorders caused by various reasons, are taking anti-psychiatric drugs; (3) There are fractures, dislocation, structural abnormalities; (4) The visual acuity level assessed by the visual disability assessment standard is low vision or blind; (5) Patients with a score below 50 were assessed by the Ankle Joint Function Rating Scale (AOFAS).
