Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nursery institution staff; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Possess normal communication and comprehension abilities; 4. Provide informed consent and participate voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Childcare personnel with disrupted work status, who have clearly expressed an intention to resign or are in the process of resigning.
