Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscopy under general anesthesia; 2. ASA grade I-II; 3. Age >= 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with mental illnesses and cognitive dysfunction. 2. Long term use of sedative drugs, analgesic drugs,and alcohol. 3. Allergic to remimazolam and ketamine or have contraindications (such as myasthenia gravis, severe hypertension, increased intracranial pressure, hyperthyroidism, etc.). 4. Severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction.
