Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The pathological diagnosis result was hepatic alveolar echinococcosis. 2. The WHO/IWGE PNM classification is P1-3N0-1M0; 3. All were undergoing liver surgery for the first time; 4. None of them had liver cirrhosis, and the Child-Pugh classification of liver function before the operation was grade A or grade B. For patients with grade B, after treatment and re-evaluation, if it changed to grade A, they were included in the study group. 5. All were open hepatectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Perform inferior vena cava vascular replacement or isolated liver resection combined with autologous liver transplantation; 2. Palliative lesion resection; 3. There are distant metastases in the intracranial, thoracic and retroperitoneal regions. 4. Follow up on the exclusion of lost contact or accidental death.
