Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with degenerative scoliosis according to international SRS criteria, based on radiological examinations including standing full-spine X-ray and lumbar MRI, are aged >=40 years; 2.The patient experiences low back pain but no sciatica; 3.The patient voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Abnormal vertebral development, history of lumbar fracture, history of lumbar infection, history of lumbar surgery; 2.On the day of examination, analgesic drugs were taken, physical therapy, acupuncture, etc. were received; 3.During the period of undergoing surgical treatment; 4.Suffering from underlying diseases affecting muscle function; 5.The patient has metal implants in their body; 6.Unable to cooperate with the tester.
