Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Neuropathic corneal pain patients: (1) pain-like symptoms (pain, burning, allodynia, etc.): at least 3 items in the Eye Pain Assessment Questionnaire (OPAS), accounting for 30%;(2) in vivo confocal microscopy (IVCM) neurological abnormalities: decreased nerve density, neuroma, dendritic cells;(3) no staining or mild staining of cornea; 2.Dry eye patients: (1) FBUT= 5 s or Schirmer I = 5mm/5min without surface anesthesia, dry eye, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, fatigue, discomfort, vision fluctuation and other subjective symptoms can be diagnosed;(2) 5 s<FBUT=10s or 5mm/5 min< Schirmer I =10 mm/5min without topical anesthesia, dry eye, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, fatigue, discomfort, vision fluctuation and other subjective symptoms, while cornea and conjunctiva fluorescein staining positive, dry eye can be diagnosed. 3.Able to cooperate with the completion of various checks; 4.Giving informed consent for this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Keratopathy; 2.Long-term wear of contact lenses; 3.Glaucoma complicated with poor intraocular pressure control; 4.Corneal trauma; 5.History of corneal surgery; 6.Previous cranial nerve injury surgery; 7.Involuntary participants in this study; 8. Autoimmune diseases
