18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 and 80 years; (2) First-episode cerebral infarction, confirmed by imaging; (3) Within 1 month after onset (acute–subacute phase); (4) Complete EEG recordings and neuroimaging data; (5) Clear depression assessment (HAMD score).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of severe mental illness; (2) A history of epileptic seizures or current use of medications that affect brain electrical activity; (3) A history of head injury, brain tumor, or severe cognitive impairment.
