15 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients pathologically confirmed with primary acral lentiginous melanoma and cutaneous melanoma; 2.Patients who have undergone standardized surgical procedures, including wide local excision of the primary tumor, sentinel lymph node biopsy, and regional lymph node dissection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with mucosal melanoma, melanoma of unknown primary origin, or ocular melanoma; 2.Patients with severely incomplete clinical or pathological information; patients with follow-up duration less than 3 months as of the last follow-up date.
