Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of the 2015 edition of the Society for Motor Disorders, all participants were primary PD patients, Hoehn&Yahr stages I-III. 2. Age between 40-80 years old; Normal cognitive level (MoCA = 26); 3. Able to act independently; 4. No impulse control disorder; 5. Have never suffered from any neurological or psychiatric disorders; 6. No history of brain injury or epilepsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary or atypical parkinsonism; Hoehn & Yahr stage > II. 2. Age 80 years; MoCA score <26. 3. Inability to walk independently or presence of impulse control disorders. 4. History of any neurological or psychiatric disorders, brain injury, or epilepsy. 5. Adjustment of anti-Parkinson's medication regimen during the study or inability to complete UPDRS-III assessment.
