Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with critical illness, multiple diseases or risk of diseases; 2. Consent to participate in the study and provide the necessary medical information and samples.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been confirmed by doctors as unfit to participate in the study; 2. Lack of ability to understand and agree with the research process.
