Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Over 18 years old, male or female; 2.Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed according to the World Health Organization and American Diabetes Association guidelines, that is, accompanied by polydipsia, polyuria, polyphagia, unexplained weight loss, meeting any one of the following, or without three symptoms meeting any two of the following: fasting plasma glucose (FPG)>=7.0 mmol/L;Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) 2-hour blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L;random blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L;glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) >=6.5%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Gout, hyperuricemia, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, or other infectious arthritis; 2.With a history of joint trauma or surgery; 3.Complicated with other types of diabetes; 4.Accompanied by severe heart, liver, renal failure; 5.Incomplete data. 6.Patients who are unable to move or cooperate with ultrasound examination.
