Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part 1: meeting the diagnostic criteria of primary trigeminal neuralgia; Cranial MRI was performed to exclude space-occupying lesions. 30 years <= age <=90 years; 7 points <=VAS score <=10 points. Part 2:30 years <= age <=90 years; There was no chronic pain disorder.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part 1: Uncooperative patients; Abnormal blood clotting. Part 2: Uncooperative.
