Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Coronary artery stenosis requires interventional treatment, and intracavitary imaging suggests severe calcification of the patient's coronary artery or inability to open the coronary artery calcification lesion after routine treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic complete occlusion with severe calcified lesions where the guide wire cannot pass through coronary artery stenosis or guide wire cannot pass through; Bridge vascular disease.
