Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with a Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score >7 and Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) scores <7; aged 18-24 years, male, right-handed; not taking insomnia treatment medications in the past two weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Because cTBS intervention requires magnetic stimulation to intervene in specific brain regions, previous studies have shown that patients with mental disorders such as epilepsy and patients with metal components such as implanted metal or cochlear implants need to be excluded to avoid harm to patients during the intervention. At the same time, when the Pittsburgh Sleep Scale score was 7, it was speculated that it may be secondary insomnia caused by negative emotions, so it was excluded.
