Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastric cancer diagnosed pathologically after surgery; 2.Patients undergoing radical distal gastrectomy; 3.Patients aged >=18 years; 4.Patients with complete clinical records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgery; 2.Laparoscopic conversion to laparotomy; 3.Total or proximal gastrectomy; 4. Incomplete clinical records; 5.Complicated with other infectious diseases; 6.Transferred to ICU; 7.Hematological diseases (leukemia, lymphoma, aplastic anemia, etc.).
