Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grades I-III,; 2. aged 20-70 years; 3. underwent elective thoracoscopic lobectomy. 4. The patients had no history of cardiovascular disease, sinus bradycardia, sinus node dysfunction, severe arrhythmia, or thoracic deformities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known chronic pain and opioid use; 2. Local anesthetic allergy; 3. History of dementia, mental illness, or other central nervous system disorders or drug dependence, with poor compliance; 4. Video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy or conversion to thoracotomy was not performed under general anesthesia;
