Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult males and females aged >=18 years; 2.Capable of operating a smartphone independently; 3.With normal eating ability; 4.Willing to comply with the study procedures; 5.Patients or their legal representatives must provide written informed consent for study participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Inability to consume food orally (e.g., post-abdominal surgery, undergoing cancer radiotherapy/chemotherapy, acute pancreatitis, post-maxillofacial surgery, etc.); 2.Currently following a weight-loss or dietary restriction regimen; 3.History of or currently diagnosed with eating disorders in adulthood, or undergoing related treatment; 4.Nutrition-related professionals; 5.Unwilling to participate in the study.
