18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18-65 years old; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-III; 3. Elective ear endoscopic surgery treatment; 4. Plan to undergo general anesthesia; 5. All parties shall sign informed consent forms, conduct pain rating education, and cooperate in data collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative uncontrolled hypertension (SBP>180mmHg) or arrhythmia; 2. Assessment as difficult airway; 3. Poor control of hypertension and severe heart disease; 4. BMI >=30 kg/m²; 5. History of chronic pain or opioid use; 6. Has kidney, liver or blood dysfunction; 7. Currently taking beta blockers, analgesics, or psychotropic drugs; 8. Any other reasons that prevent cooperation with the research, such as language comprehension barriers, etc.
