Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2.Age <= 80years old; 3.Meet the diagnosis criteria for heart failure in the latest international and domestic authoritative guidelines; 4.Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 80 years old; 2.Patients with severe abnormal liver or kidney function, malignant tumors, or severe infections; 3.Patients from whom valid blood samples cannot be collected or those whom the researcher deems unfit to participate in the study; 4.Pregnant and lactating women; 5.Individuals without legal capacity or with limited legal capacity, or any situations that the researcher deems unfit for participation in this clinical study;
