Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients must comply with the 2025 GOLD Global Strategy for Diagnosis, Treatment, Management, and Prevention of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; 2. Age >= 18, gender not limited, with or without smoking history, possessing independent behavioral ability or basic ability to complete rehabilitation training with the assistance of family members; 3. The patient has language or written communication skills and is able to complete auxiliary examinations related to the experiment; 4. Patients or their families can operate smartphones and communicate smoothly with doctors through their phones; 5.Approved by the ethics committee and obtaining informed consent from the patient;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No other patients with comorbidities 2. Infectious diseases that pose a danger to others without isolation measures; 3. Severe cognitive impairment; 4. Family members or patients are unwilling to participate; 5.I am currently participating in or have participated in any form of pulmonary rehabilitation therapy in the past 6 months; 6.Restricted use of smartphones;
