18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 18 years, who underwent primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty (TKA); 2.Postoperative follow-up duration = 6 months, with complete preservation of gait analysis data (Opti_Knee system) and clinical scores (SF-36, WOMAC, KSS); 3.Preoperative diagnosis of primary osteoarthritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Comorbidity with other lower extremity joint diseases (e.g., hip/ankle arthritis) or severe spinal degeneration; 2 Presence of neuromuscular disorders (e.g., post-stroke sequelae, Parkinson's disease); 3 Postoperative occurrence of prosthetic infection, loosening, or revision surgery; 4 Data missing rate > 20% (e.g., incomplete recording of gait parameters or scores).
