Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=20 years old; 2. Clear thinking and normal expression; 3. Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale score >=9 points; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of mental illness or current mental disorders, and those diagnosed with depression by a psychiatrist; 2. Those suffering from serious physical diseases; 3. Currently participating with other researchers. 4. Those who are undergoing psychological therapy or counseling.
