Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Population characteristics of adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) patients in this region (Luzhou and Nanchong), including age distribution, sex ratio, primary tumor site distribution, and clinicopathological features (e.g., rate of perineural invasion, incidence of bone infiltration);

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Compare the distribution of age peaks at diagnosis between ACC patients in the two regions;Preoperative clinical misdiagnosis rate and intraoperative frozen section diagnostic concordance rate;Distribution patterns of histological subtypes of adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) by primary site (e.g., parotid gland, submandibular gland, breast, etc.);Potential associations between regional differences and clinicopathological features;
