Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH); 2. Complete anterior-posterior, frog-leg lateral X-ray, CT, and MRI imaging data available at the time of initial consultation; 3. Femoral head classified as Stage I or Stage II according to the ARCO staging system; 4. Follow-up duration of more than 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other diseases affecting the hip joint (e.g., hip dysplasia or rheumatoid arthritis); 2. Patients who have undergone hip joint preservation surgery prior to the study.
