Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Full-term pregnancy; 2.Singleton pregnancy; 3.Contraindications for lumbar epidural anesthesia include coagulation abnormalities, anticoagulant therapy, severe hypovolemia or hemodynamic instability; 4.Planned cesarean section.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous mental illness, central nervous system disease, liver disease, renal dysfunction, cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 2.Serious obstetric complications, such as placenta previa or placental abruption; 3.BMI>35; 4.No other clinical studies have been participated in for the past 6 months; 5.Patients refuse to participate.
