Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>= 60 years old; 2.Types of urological surgeries include elective surgeries on kidneys, adrenal gland, bladders, prostates, ureters, and male reproductive organs; 3.Anesthesia method is general anesthesia; 4.After the surgery, the patient is transferred to the anesthesia recovery room; 5.Anesthesia duration >= 30 minutes; 6.Patients without visual or auditory impairments; 7.Patients or their family members voluntarily sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cognitive dysfunction before the surgery; 2.Patients with a history of chronic dementia or mental illness in the past; 3.Patients with communication disorders; 4.Patients with severe dysfunction of liver, kidney, heart, and lung functions; 5.Patients who refuse to participate in this trial for any reason; 6.Patients who have participated in other clinical studies;
