Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 80 or above; 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA Class I-III; 3.The operation is expected to take about 2 hours; 4.Informed consent, voluntary participation in this trial, and signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Delirium was diagnosed by the 3D-CAM scale before the operation; 2.Preoperative cognitive dysfunction, that is, MMSE < 17 points (illiterate), < 20 points (primary education), < 24 points (secondary school education or above); 3.There are serious organic diseases, such as liver and kidney dysfunction; 4.Severe visual and hearing impairments hinder communication; 5.There is a history of mental disorders or long-term sedative or depressive drug treatment; 6.Those who are known or suspected of being allergic to or contraindicated to the various components of the investigational drug or the process medications specified in the protocol (sufentanil citrate injection, propofol medium/long chain fat emulsion, remifentanil hydrochloride for injection, remimazolam besylate, rocuronium bromide Injection); 7.Preoperative severe anemia; 8.Those with preoperative internal environment disorders; 9.Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction, endocrine diseases or other conditions that affect hemodynamic status; 10.Surgeries with a duration of less than 1 hour; 11.emergency operation; 12.Subjects who the researchers considered unsuitable to participate in this study.
