Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients were required to be at least 18 years of age at initiation of ICI therapy; 2. Malignant tumor cancer confirmed by histology or cytology; 3. Patients should receive at least one ICI, either alone or in combination with chemotherapy. 4. At the time of starting ICI, patients were classified as having stage IV disease according to TNM stage or medically documented inoperable stage III disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a previous history of other malignancies were eligible if they had had another solid tumor and achieved a state of complete remission by surgery, radiotherapy, or other forms of combined therapy, with no evidence of recurrence or metastasis documented by medical records for more than 5 years since final treatment was completed. 2.
